Payments via PayPal are welcome, but there is no forwarding to PayPal intended. After you have sent your order I will get in touch with you for further instructions.

1. Area of application

For the business relation between Karlheinz Angenvoort (in the following “salesman” mentioned) and the orderer - also for all future business - are valid the following general trading conditions at the time of the order valid version. Deviating conditions of the orderer will not be accepted by the salesman.

2. Contract conclusion and resignation

a) Your contracting party is Karlheinz Angenvoort. Contracts can be closed at present in German and English language in my on-line shop. The sales contract comes about, if I accept your order by supply that and / or by the report of the distribution within the indicated time for delivery.

b) You receive a technical order acknowledgement of receipt on the web page and by Email after task of your order. In this automatic Email you find a message shown your order. This order acknowledgement of receipt Email represents still no order notification of acceptance, since I must only still examine the order.

c) The salesman commits himself to accept the order of the orderer on the conditions of the website. With posting, printing and calculation errors on the website the salesman is entitled to the resignation of the order. If an ordered product is sold out, the salesman is likewise entitled to the resignation. In this case the orderer is informed immediately about the fact that the ordered product is not available. The purchase price already paid will be refunded.

d) You can see these general trading conditions with the contained general contractual clauses on my website. You can store this document furthermore by the usual functionality of your internet browser.

e) Your concrete order data are stored by me in addition. By a form for contact you can get in touch with me, e.g. to change your address within open purchase orders. This takes place at your security, like everything else within the log-in range also, over an encrypted connection (SSL).

3. Right of revocation, revocation consequences

The salesman grants for private purposes ordered (consumers) the legal right of revocation.

You can cancel your order / purchase within two weeks without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, email) or - one leaves the thing to you before expiration - by return of the thing recall. The period does begins after you have received the goods. For keeping the punctual period of revocation it will do sending off the revocation or the thing. The revocation is in writing to send to: Karlheinz Angenvoort, Scharrenbroicher Str. 61, 51503 Rösrath, Germany, or via contact form.

Revocation consequences
In case of an effective revocation on both sides received goods and uses if necessary pulled are to be refunded. If you cannot refund the received goods to me totally or partly or only in worsened condition, you must carry to that extent if necessary indemnification according to value for me out. In all other respects you can avoid the obligation to the indemnification according to value for a degradation resulted from the intended putting into use of the thing, by taking the thing not like your property in use and omitting everything, which impairs their value. Things package-capable of being shipped are to be sent back on the salesman’s risk. You have to bear the cost of the return, if the supplied commodity corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the thing which can be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros. Otherwise the return for you is free.

4. Prices and forwarding expenses

a) The catalogue prices lose their validity in each case with the appearance of a new newsletter.

b) Costs for shipping and packing to any place in Europe only 3,99 EUR per order.

5. Supply, payment, delivery reservation

a) I deliver ordered commodity (if it is in stock) immediately. Further delivery time data please take from the offers on the website. The dispatch takes place with Deutsche Post, DHL or Hermes package service. You receive a message from me, if the goods left my storage.

b) You have the possibility of paying as follows:
- for regular customers purchase on account is valid. The goods are to be paid with its arrival within 5 working-days. A liability with loss of the forwarding of cash or cheque will be denied.
- for new customers in principle prepayment is valid by bank transfer and/or PayPal.

6. Retention of title

Up to the complete payment the supplied goods remain my property.

7. Guarantee

The guarantee takes place after the legal regulations.
